Site Store Pro is always under development and we are constantly adding new features.

Purchase of Site Store Professional entitles the license holder to 1 year of free upgrades (PayPal and Enterprise versions) and 3 years of free upgrades for the Developer version.

Although software upgrade periods do expire (without renewal), we do provide free support for as long as you use the Site Store Pro shopping cart as your ecommerce solution!

SiteStorePro.com  typically releases a new major version every 6 months with minor releases done on a per issue basis between major versions.  You will be able to download version updates/upgrades and major release versions via your account manager during your free upgrade period (1 or 3 years).

Note: Critical application bug fixes,  current payment provider patches and application security patches are always free for users of Site Store Pro even after their upgrade period has expired.  Those types of updates are posted in the public area of the website and available for download without requiring a current license.

The "upgrade" period of your Site Store Pro license is to receive features and add-ons that were not available when you originally installed your store.

You can always check out version history to see what new features have been released since you installed your store and if there are any critical patches that should be applied to your installation.
