LinkPoint and YourPay have been acquired by First Data Merchant Services and the payment provider solution is now called:
First Data Global Gateway
To use First Data on your store, your website hosting account or dedicated server must have the Linkpoint COM dll file installed (LpiCom_6_0.dll) and OPEN SSL installed.
To enable First Data Global Gateway as your payment processor, first select LINKPOINT as the payment processor type on the Checkout URL, SSL Settings & Payment Provider Selection (Main Configuration) page.
If your hosting account supports the First Data (LinkPoint) COM, you will need to generate a PEM file through your First Data account manager and then upload the PEM file to your webserver via FTP
The following required configuration setting in the web-based admin at: ‘Store Setup’> LinkPoint (YourPay) Configuration | Settings :
StoreID: This is your FirstData Store ID (Note: This will be the same value as your generated PEM file name)
Uploaded PEM File Path: This is the physical location where you uploaded your PEM file. This is not the folder name but the actual physical path such as: D:\Hosting\MySiteName\ (Your physical server path is usually located in your hosting control panel or it can be provided to you by hosting support).
Authorization Type:
· Authorize & Capture : Orders are automatically settled at ‘End Of Day’.(Recommended for merchants who ship order within 48 hours or merchants who only sell downloadable items or event registrations.)
· Authorize Only : Orders must be manually settled in your First Data Account (Recommended for merchants who will not ship orders within 48 hours.)
You can also accept PayPal payments when using First Data as your payment processor by using the PayPal Express Payments feature.
If you have installed the LinkPoint COM file and OPEN SSL on your own dedicated server and are experiencing difficulties getting the server to operate with First Data Global Gateway, please contact Site Store Pro support for assistance.
