To change your admin account login password, click on the ‘Store Setup’ tab, then click on ‘Admin Options’ on the left column and then ‘Change My Password’.

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to create a new admin login account and then delete your current account. (Administrator passwords cannot be retrieved).

For optimum system security and PCI compliance, you should change your login password every 30 days.
