Site Store Professional requires a Windows-based hosting account and will not work on Linux hosting accounts.

You can use either a MAC or PC to integrate your website design, add products, manage orders, etc. but the site must be hosted on a Window-based server

Online Store Hosting (ISP) Requirements

• Website Hosting Platform: Windows (2000, 2003, 2008)
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008 (SQL Express Supported)
• CDONTS, CDOSYS, JMAIL, ASPEmail or ASPMail installed for email functions. Most hosts will have CDONTS or CDOSYS Enabled by Default.
• Parent Paths Enabled in IIS (Most Hosts Have This Set To Enabled By Default)
• One of the following image resize components installed on the server for automatic product thumbnails: ASPJpeg, ASPImage,ASPSmartImage, ImgWriter, AspThumb Server Component or ASPNET
• Minimum 40 MB Space Available For Shopping Cart (Store) Files And Web-Based Admin System.
• Minimum 15 MB (100 MB Recommended) Available for SQL Server Database.

You can integrate your website design, manage your products, orders, customers, discounts and all store settings with a MAC, PC or LINUX system but Site Store Pro requires a Windows-based hosting account for the hosted online store files and will not work on Linux hosting accounts. 

Please verify that your hosting account is Windows based with Microsoft SQL server support. (The Site Store Pro back-end database will not install on MySQL..only MS SQL Server.)
