If you move webservers or hosting accounts or the IP address of the server changes due to an SSL certificate installation (common on GoDaddy Hosting Accounts), the application security will automatically lock you out of the web-based admin because it thinks you are trying to circumvent the license activation process.
You must reactivate your installation on the new server to regain access to the web-based admin system: Note: If you are locked out of the admin system due to a server migration, your online store will continue to function and customers can view products and place orders. Only web-based admin is restricted due to a security lock-out.
Reactivation Instructions:
If you have direct access to the SQL server database using a SQL Manager tool, delete ALL records in the 'sitestorepro_license' table.
After removing all records in the sitestorepro_license table, return back to your admin login page (/estore_admin/default.asp)
You will be prompted to reactivate your installation with your serial number, email address and password.
After you have reactivated, you will be automatically redirected back to the admin login prompt and will be able to access your web-based system using your administrator login account username and password.
Note: if you do not have access to a SQL management tool, please contact support and we will provide an alternate method of reactivating your Site Store Pro installation.
