The Business Pro Support plan provides full priority, direct support on up to 3 installs.

This plan is primarily geared for site owners, administrators and managers who are not directly responsible for the site design or development but are involved in site administration, products addition, order processing, etc.

The Developer | Reseller plan provides full priority, direct support for UNLIMITED installations including all integrations you do for your clients.

This plan is primarily geared for developers and designers who do ecommerce integration projects for their clients and want to resell the Site Store Pro ecommerce system as a bundled service.
