If my support license expires, will my cart stop working?

No. Your support plan is not tied in any way to your online store operation. Your store will continue to function as-is if you have an expired support plan.

Note: In addition to the priority support benefits with a paid support plan, keeping your support plan active also keeps your store running at optimum levels since we will make sure your install is getting the cart latest updates and patches and you won’t have to do those yourself.
