The Site Store Pro Knowledge Base contains articles on store setup, integration and troubleshooting.  Categories are organized from top to bottom on how the store would be setup. If you have installed your store already, there is also a help system inside your admin area.

If you are a licensed user and have a question, you can submit a private ticket. Licensed users get priority response on all support questions.
