What is the difference between the free cart download(s) and the paid support plan(s)?

The free cart download comes with limited email and ticket support only and no direct access support. Direct support is when the licensed support plan customer requests that our techs directly access their installation to solve an issue, assist with setup or design integration or train them on a feature usage. In addition to email and ticket support, Paid Support Plan Customers also receive phone, video and remote screen sharing support channels.
